The Chicago Roofers connects Chicago property owners with independent, local roofing contractors; we do not perform roofing work ourselves. Website Use

Content on this site — including text, images, neighborhood guides, and service pages — is provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty that content is error-free or current. Roofing recommendations on the site are general and not a substitute for an on-site inspection of your specific Chicago property.

Estimates & Proposals

Estimates and proposals are issued by the independent contractor you are matched with, not by The Chicago Roofers. Validity periods, final pricing after tear-off and inspection, and any change orders are matters between you and your chosen contractor.

Independent Contractors & Workmanship

All roofing work is performed by independent, third-party contractors — not by The Chicago Roofers. Any workmanship warranty, its term, and any manufacturer material warranty are agreements between the property owner and the contractor performing the work. Review and confirm all warranty terms directly with your contractor before work begins.

Insurance Claims

Some contractors in our network may assist with documenting existing conditions and scope for insurance claims. Any such assistance is provided by the contractor, not The Chicago Roofers. Filing fraudulent claims, inflating scope, or waiving deductibles is illegal under Illinois law, and The Chicago Roofers does not condone or participate in such practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
