Estimates & Proposals

Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change after we tear off and observe deck conditions, hidden rot, or code-required upgrades. Any change of scope is documented in a written change order before work proceeds.

Workmanship & Warranty

All work is performed by trained crews and warrantied in writing. Workmanship warranty terms are stated on each proposal. Manufacturer material warranties are passed through and registered in the property owner's name.

Insurance Claims

When working on an insurance claim, we document existing conditions and scope to industry standards. We do not file fraudulent claims, inflate scope, or waive deductibles — practices that are illegal under Illinois law.

Limitation of Liability
